We are unable to say for certain if this will fit with another brand's rack. It's designed to work with our RX3 uprights which are 75x75mm and uses 1" holes (26mm). We've also seen customers install it onto an imperial 3"x3" upright as seen inThis Youtube Short (click here). The cable head where cable attachments connect with a carabiner likely wouldn't be an issue, but the cable tail that secures to the backside of the tornado pivot arm trolleys is different for each brand. Please note that the cable tail that connects to the back of our tornado arm trolleys are at the side of the upright (not directly behind the upright).

We are unable to provide custom cable lengths with purchase of our tornado pivot arms. While we can do this for those who purchase our Tornado Rack Sets, we are unable to offer this for different rack brands because there's too many variables and possible pulley positions which makes it not economical for us to offer custom cable lengths for another brand's rack. You'll need to find a way to customize the cable length you need for your specific configuration and rack brand, OR we have seen people use 4-5 additional carabiners at the back of the trolley so that the other end of the cable can reach to the end of the tornado pivot arm. Adding 4-5 additional carabiners to the back of the trolley is likely the easiest DIY solution and shown as an example on the 2nd to last image in the image slider.

The head of the cable feeds from above, routed in the middle of the upright and to the end of the tornado pivot arm where you'd attach your carabiner and cable handle attachments. The tail of the cable feeds from below, routed from the outside of the rack to the bottom/outside of the Tornado Arm Trolley. This was designed so that the lower portion of the cable is out of the way of additional accessories, such as if you're placing spotter arms or a lat pull seat underneath the tornado arms.

The RX3 Tornado Pivot Arms weigh 27LBs each, they're overbuilt to handle anything you can lift. We opted for a heavy-duty design on the trolleys without rollers to offer the most bomb-proof design. We wanted the least amount of moving parts possible.

Tornado Trolley 2.0 is our newest and most refined trolley design. It features 4 built-in rollers per Tornado Arm, a redesigned, tighter-tolerance housing for smoother travel along the uprights, and an updated grooved front roller that improves cable tracking during movement.
This grooved roller helps keep the cable aligned more consistently, reducing friction and delivering a smoother, more controlled feel throughout the range of motion. The trolley also includes a protection bracket that prevents the rollers from making contact with rack bolts or crossmembers during adjustments.
Selecting the “Upgrade to Tornado Trolley 2.0s” replaces the original trolley with this upgraded 2.0 version. It’s the best choice if you want the smoothest glide, easiest adjustments, and most premium movement experience available on the Tornado Arms.

Tornado X Arms are our most versatile Tornado Arm configuration, giving you access to 2:1 and 1:1 weight ratios in a single system — plus the ability to combine both pull points for up to 300 lb of resistance from a 200 lb weight stack. Use 2:1 mode for smoother cable movement, longer cable travel, 5 lb weight increments, and explosive exercises. For heavier movements such as lat pulldowns and low rows above 100 lbs, both arms can be connected together at the center.
Switch to 1:1 mode to unlock the full weight stack for exercises like lat pulldowns, low rows, belt squats, and other heavy pulling movements.

Tornado X allows the 1:1 and 2:1 pull points to be connected together, creating a 1:1.5 cable ratio. With a 200 lb weight stack, this configuration provides up to 300 lb of effective resistance from a single stack, giving you more resistance for heavy rows, belt squats, presses, and other strength-focused movements without increasing the size of your weight stack.

The Tornado X upgrade also features an updated arm design with improved cable tracking and enhanced cable smoothness throughout the range of motion.

The Tornado X + Tornado Trolley 2.0 option includes both upgrades, giving you the benefits of Tornado Trolley 2.0's smoother glide and improved tolerances, along with Tornado X's unique 2:1 and 1:1 weight ratio system.

Please note: Tornado X Arms require two cables that are each 155mm (6.1") longer than the cables used for Original Tornado Arms or Tornado Trolley 2.0. Customers installing Tornado X Arms on an existing setup will need to obtain the appropriate cable lengths for their rack configuration.
