The RX3 Optimus Back Pad enhances the RX3 Optimus Pad with versatile support, enabling use as a military bench, incline bench, or chest supported bench. New movement options such as chest flys, seal row reverse flys, and many more become possible with this attachment. It features an adjustable pop-pin system with 13 angled positions across a 180° range and 7 vertical positions with 0.75" spacing, allowing precise customization when paired with the RX3 Optimus Pad for any workout.
The pad measures 695mm (27") in height, 282mm (11") in width, and 229mm (9") in depth, ensuring a compact yet sturdy design that integrates seamlessly into your setup.
