The RX3 Wall-Mounted Rack 3000 is made with 3"x3" uprights, 11-gauge steel, and 1" holes in order to allow the greatest number of attachment options and offer a fully modular setup. The dual handle design on each upright provides a wide range of exercise options as well as the ability to change from 2:1 or 1:1 ratio by using 1 or both handles. The 93" tall unit has plenty of height for seated lat pulldowns with full range of motion. This rack setup integrates a functional trainer and Half Rack into one, space-saving unit.

  • HEAVY DUTY STEEL WITH MODULAR DESIGN

    Lift confidently and safely from 3" x 3" 11-gauge steel with 1400+ LB weight capacity. Our fully modular design features offset, 1" holes with 2" spacing on all 4 sides.

  • DURABLE COATINGS AND HARDWARE

    Our 1" hardware is coated with black e-coat which is more resistant to corrosion, more durable, and looks very sleek because who doesn't love black hardware? All attachments and hardware utilize 1" pins at 2" spacing to create a fully modular and extremely versatile rack.

  • EFFICIENT ACCESSORY MOUNTING

    Laser-cut numbering for each of our offset 1" holes with 2" spacing on uprights, cross bars, and accessories such as spotter arms, provides convenience.

  • Attachment Design

    All RX3 attachments are made with a rounded chrome pin making insertion into the uprights easy and frictionless. The rounded chrome pin as well as the uprights will maintain their new appearance, even after years of repeatedly inserting and removing attachments. Other companies use a powder-coated pin that scratches and chips away on both the pin itself as well as the coating on the upright. Further, the inside of all RX3 attachments are lined with protective padding made from durable materials to prevent metal-to-metal contact.

  • HIGH-QUALITY FINISHES & DETAILS

    Chrome uprights where trolleys are used means less wear and scratches to your upright as you adjust the position of the trolley up and down. Our plate sleeves are also chrome with a rubber stopper which eliminates the potential of scratches and chips seen on cheaper, powder-coated plate sleeves. RX3 Sandwich J-Cups feature stainless steel logo plates with an oversized racking area, making it easier for lifters to re-rack their barbell into the intended racking area.     Logos are bolted on with stainless steel nameplates on 95% of attachments, while a few are laser-cut. No stickers are used in any of our RX3 designs. Take a look at our Stainless Steel Logo Plate — we've gone the extra mile by laser-cutting triangular designs into the nameplate, further enhancing its standout appearance that is representative of the pinnacle of quality seen on the RX3 series.

  • In-House Precision Manufacturing

    We've upgraded our manufacturing and the first thing we wanted to offer is the RX3 line. 6-Axis Laser cutting, CNC Lathe, robotic welding, friction welding, hydraulic servo bending, shot blasting, and powder coating all in the same facility for a consistent and high-quality product. We've even brought in a hardware packing machine to blister pack all hardware in-house.

  • Continuing Innovation

    We didn't stop at designing just high quality standard attachments like j-cups and spotter arms; our cable trolley systems are the best in the market. Starting with our RX3 Cable Tower and Trainer 3000 series which features dual trolleys on a single column to allow 2:1 or 1:1 weight ratios as well as our upcoming patent-pending Tornado Pivot Arm which will allow even more functional training capabilities in one unit. Both cable machines also include 2x black, aluminum anodized, knurled handles that are the best standard handles we've seen in the industry.

Who is this unit for?

This unit is for those that want a lat pulldown, low row, and functional trainer that can also perform as a half rack, all while being able to switch from 2:1 to 1:1 weight ratios on the functional trainer system. 2 posts with j-cups included allows you to rack your barbell for benching and squatting. The integrated RX3 3000 allows you to perform a wide range of functional training exercises that generally need a 2:1 ratio (5 LB increments) as well as lat pulldown and low row that generally needs a 1:1 ratio. The 3"x3" uprights and crossbars also allows for extra modularity and attachment options from a larger ecosystem. Further, because of our 93" height, this unit is tall enough to accommodate a seated lat pulldown with full range of motion. The 2 handle design makes this unit extremely versatile as you can perform 1-handed exercises as well as 2-handed exercises in one, space-saving unit.

What is the benefit of using 2 separate single column functional trainers to make a rack, where now you have 4 handles instead of 2 seen on other designs?

4 handle options gives you the ability to choose from doing 2:1 or 1:1 weight ratio per handle. Most racks setups have only 1 handle on each side and are either a 2:1 ratio or 1:1 ratio that cannot be changed. For 2:1 ratio racks, you don't have enough weight to do lat pulls, low rows, or belt squats from each upright. For 1:1 ratio racks, it's too heavy to jump 10LBs per handle when doing chest flys and many other exercises, such as cable Y raises or face pulls. With our design, you can go over 100LBs per upright by switching to a 1:1 ratio by using both handles on each upright, as well as go to 2:1 ratio by just using 1 of the 2 handles on each upright.

Do I need to bolt this into the ground?

Since this rack will be mounted into the walll, mounting into the wall is not necessary.

What other attachments are available?

This unit is 3"x3" with 1" holes and 2" spacing, so there's are a wide variety of attachments from us and others available for this specification. We recommend using the following attachments: spotter arms, lat pull down seat, adjustable foot plate, and FT Cable Output Adapter

How do I add 2.5LB increments or add more weight to the 200LB stack?
You can utilize our Weight Stack Plate Load Pin, a 2.5LB attachment that inserts into the weight stack and allows you to increase weight by 2.5LBs (with 1:1 weight ratio) or 1.25LBs (with 2:1 weight ratio) as well as add more weight to the 200LB stack.
