Description

Like standard Back Support Pads, the Butt Saver Situp Pad helps ease the discomfort that may come with performing exercises like sit-ups. It's also commonly used as a buffer between the floor and top of your head when performing handstand push-ups. The dense foam interior provides 2.5" of lumbar support that keeps its shape, even during the hardest workouts. A 1" thick flap folds out to provide extra comfort for your lower back/glutes and reduce the risk of developing rashes.
